Steve’s 18 years of experience has taught him that having passion and a dream can change lives. Steve lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his lovely wife of 20+ years. He loves attending his son’s baseball games, daughter’s dance recitals or reading a good book.

Ryan brings a perspective of youth to Neumi. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in advertising and an MBA from the University of Utah.
Ryan's passion is people, he loves to have fun and will be the first person on the dance floor during conventions and the last person off.
